ZIMBABWE & BOTSWANA GAME TRAIL : "I’ve met many local leaders but these two really worked as a team with non stop cheerfulness and patience. They took the time to get to know their group and treated us all as individuals. Never late, never grumpy…honestly the best local guides I’ve had!." Penelope, UK

CAPE TO VIC GRAND EXPLORER : "Iton was a great all rounder, with a brilliant knowledge of the cultures, flora and fauna."  Rob and Lyn, Australia

NAMIBIA & BOTSWANA SOUTHERN CIRCLE : "Dear Dirk, We returned home a few days ago, having completed the above group adventure with our guides Grace and Iton. Although we do have Iton’s email address we don’t have the correct one for Grace and wondered whether you would be able to forward this email to her. We would like to thank Grace and Iton for making our trip such a wonderful experience. We saw and did so many fascinating things; wildlife, scenery and people, and enjoyed the company of our fellow companions, who were all very friendly. Grace and Iton kept us entertained on some of the long journeys with their great senses of humour and quaint stories and made sure that we were as well prepared as possible for the various experiences. When Iton was needed to help another group because of illness, Edwin joined us, with his particular knowledge and cheerfulness. They dealt without fuss with any problems that cropped up, whether it was the window in the truck breaking and falling out, or finding that we had nowhere to stay when we reached Desert Camp. Our suggestion of sleeping in the truck was not taken seriously that day! We saw elephants by one of our lodges, a black back jackal with a puff adder in the middle of one of the Etosha tracks, a lion asleep by a parking area there and 2 mature male lions seeing two younger males off their territory. On a wildlife walk in the Okvango Delta we saw lions with their kill and on the Chobe river boat trip we saw many animals at close quarters, which was very special, especially families of elephants, and hippos out of the water and walking on the land. Thank you so much again, Grace and Iton, for our very exciting and memorable adventure – we shall not forget you or Africa, especially as I have spent much time noting all the events in my journal! And adding even more as footnotes when I remember them! We hope to send you a group photo when we have sorted through them all (several hundred), and if you come to England please get in touch. I am planning to make my quilt, Grace, from the African fabrics I bought, and when it is finished I will send you a photo. We came back to our little village and to our surprise, after all our adventures in Africa, everything seemed to be the same here! Apart from everyone wanting to hear all about it."  Dee & Richard, UK

NAMIBIA BOTSWANA DESERT & DELTA: "The two-week safari from Livingstone to Namibia was awesome. After the first week, all our expectations had been met already. We had seen the "Big 5" and were accompanied by the possibly best two guides we could have wished for. They [Shadreck and Iton] were very knowledgeable, funny, caring, supportive, warm-hearted, inspiring and cared about every possible detail to make our trip enjoyable. We can highly recommend Sunway Safaris." Neno Loje, Germany
